Service area

NeoFidu offers its online fiduciary services to all cantons of French-speaking Switzerland (Vaud, Geneva, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura).

Nature of services

NeoFidu is a digital fiduciary offering dematerialized services (tax returns, accounting, tax consulting). No physical goods are sold or delivered.

Infrastructure and data

Data is hosted through GDPR and Swiss DPA compliant providers located in the European Union. Only the transactional email service (Resend) is based in the USA, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). No client documents transit through the United States.
